I love trolls, orcs, goblins, etc., and this one is from the Bones 4 Kickstarter. Tried to go for a non-traditional color scheme, and it was a lot of fun.
The details on this figure are very good, and once again showing that Reaper Bones models should be held in higher regard than they generally are.
The material is Reaper Bones resin.
The figure comes attached to base which I removed.

Assembly:

Very simple. A couple large pieces was all.
Mould lines were easy to remove.

Paint:

Primed with Badger Stynlrez primer, brushed on.
Miniature painted purley in oils. Mostly Winsor & Newton Winton line. Took a little less than 2 hours.
The blends and transitions from the greens and blues was very easy to pull off with oils.
Sealed with some matt varnish from Reaper Miniatures.

Base:

Custom made with cork, covered in rocks and sand. The stalagmites and mushrooms were custom make with toothpicks and hot glue.
There is a small pool of acid/algae under the troll, highlighted with some flourescent inks from Daler Rowney.
