I've been wanting to paint this mini ever since I saw a YouTube video of James Wappel.
All sorts of great details, and a fantastic example that Reaper Bones are way better than some people think.

Assembly:

Very simple, as it was a single piece.
Mould lines weren't bad and easy to remove.

Paint:

Primed with Badger Stynlrez primer, brushed on.
Miniature painted purley in oils. Mostly Winsor & Newton Winton line.
Took a couple hours to paint the oils, then a few days to dry.
All the metal parts are non-metallic paints. The blending on the swords, OSL of the eyes, and freehand on the scroll case all done in oils.
Once again, amazed at the speed and ease of oils over acrylics.
Sealed with some matt varnish from Reaper Miniatures.

Base:

Custom made with the Egyptian texture roller from Green Stuff World on Scuply clay.
The clay was first covered with Mod Podge + black acrylic paint, then painted in oils along with the mini.
